VITCAS Flue Fire Cement, for use in domestic fires and stoves operating on solid fuels and gas, is a high temperature mortar paste for fitting ceramic flue liners.
VITCAS Flue Cement is a high temperature ready mixed fireproof mortar paste, designed for the safe installation/jointing of clay and concrete flue liners for use with domestic fires and stoves e.g. coal, wood burning or gas (including flame effect). Be sure that the place is safe, eliminating all dirt, dust, rust and grease. Cut the top of the cartridge off, screw the nozzle on and cut the nozzle to the size necessary. Dampen the surface where you intend to add the material. Using a cartridge pistol, apply it. Flue liners with the sockets faced upwards should be mounted.
