We charge a flat rate of 3.99 per order, unless otherwise stated in the product description. For orders of multiple items we will do our best to ship them together. If we do ship in separate packages you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
All products are shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has shipped and delivery usually takes 1-3 working days depending on the service we have shipped with. A tracking number will also be provided. If items are out of stock for any reason we will notify you.
In the unlikely event of your package not arriving then please contact us within 14 days of shipping to enable us to follow up with the courier. If the customer incurs any additional costs caused from delayed, lost or misrouted orders please contact us with proof and we will refund these additional costs to your account.
