Ramblers Rub is a universal balm for all walkers, ramblers and hikers made from premium oils, waxes, butters and essential oils. It can be used to help prevent blisters but also to massage feet, ankles and calves to soothe, restore and revive after a days exercise. Ramblers Rub contains Avocado butter and essential oils of Cinnamon, Bergamot and Juniper for their therapeutic and antiseptic qualities helping to keep your feet fresh and free from infection. It smells fantastic, is effective and contains no artificial ingredients, parabens or preservatives. A smooth, rich balm, simply apply to your skin where boots or shoes rub to reduce friction. It can also be used under backpack straps or where clothes chafe to keep you comfortable. Before you start out on your walk apply some balm to your feet and on top of your socks to prevent friction and reduce the risk of blisters. During the day re-apply if the conditions are very wet or hot. After walking, massage some balm into tired muscles and tendons to relax the feet and help prevent stiffness and soreness the next day.
