Triathlete’s Skin & Suit Lube is a blend of natural oils and waxes developed for use during training and competition. Designed to reduce rubbing caused by wetsuits, bike contact, and footwear, this balm helps create a smooth barrier on the skin in high-friction areas commonly experienced during triathlon events.
The carefully selected oils and waxes provide a high slip factor, helping wetsuits glide more easily during transitions. The essential oil blend is chosen for its traditional use in personal care products and its fresh, clean aroma. The formula is neoprene-friendly and will not damage wetsuits.
Unlike petroleum-based products, this Skin & Suit Lube applies in a light layer that allows the skin to feel comfortable during prolonged activity. The waxes help minimise irritation from repeated movement and moisture, while the oils leave skin feeling supple and well-conditioned.
Triathlete’s Skin & Suit Lube can be applied to any area where skin and equipment are prone to rubbing, including under wetsuits, around the neck, arms, legs, forearms, wrists, and footwear contact points. It may also be applied to tight areas to assist with wetsuit removal during transitions.
Leaping Fish Skin & Suit Lube is made using a plant-based formula and is suitable for regular use during endurance events and training sessions.
Ingredients include Rapeseed Oil, Soya Wax, Vegetable Glycerine, Avocado Oil, and essential oils of Geranium, Citronella, and Tea Tree.
This is a natural product. Avoid contamination with water, as this may cause the balm to deteriorate. Store in a cool place and use within 6 months of opening. Always test on a small area of skin before general use. Supplied in a 60g recyclable metal tin.
