 Directions
 
 1. Before use, ensure the package is intact and has not been tampered with. 2. Open remove a single gel sachet. 3. Tear open sachet consume directly or squeeze it into water another drink. 4. Consume one up to 4 times per hour during exercise maintain performance. 5. Dispose of empty responsibly.
